This is the first day (but definitely not first attempt) I do the BaddhaArdhaChandrasana or BoundHalfMoonPose. I had great help of the video by amazing @inspiremyyoga. I entered it from down dog -> extended side angle pose -> bound extended side angle -> pyramid variation -> raise leg slowly with other leg slightly bent.

I found Drishti very important here, side or partial side gaze = fall, downward gaze = better stability. And even if I can join my hands in the bound extended side angle pose these days, stability was better with strap.
