Camel Pose

A great backbend and chest opener. Targets third eye and heart chakra.

How to do Camel pose

  1. Make sure you use a soft surface to protect your knees
  2. Kneel
  3. Grab the right foot with right hand
  4. Bend backwards and grab your left foot with left hand as well
  5. Breath and extend your backbend, and engage quads to keep knees bent 90 degrees
  6. Gaze behind you
