Chair pose on tiptoes is great to build strong calves. One-legged chair pose on tiptoes requires very strong calves and hips, and should be trained equally both sides.
The pose targets the solar plexus or manipura chakra, which is yellow.
Chair pose (with or without tiptoes) is a good way to enter crow or crane.
