Chin stand


If you have great strength, but not so great backbend, an accessible way to enter chinstand is through mayurasana, by tipping forward slowly. Avoid standing on your forehead though 🙂
You can also place your hips on a BOSU.
Remember that this requires good strength in arms and back, so make sure you activate both.
