Halasana or plow pose

How to do Halasana

  1. Warm up with several types of forward folds
  2. Enter shoulderstand and hold for about eight breaths
  3. Keep arms behind your back and lower legs slowly to plow pose
  4. Hold for about eight breaths, your feet may eventually reach your hands even if they don't reach in first breath cycle
