How to do Halasana
- Warm up with several types of forward folds
- Enter shoulderstand and hold for about eight breaths
- Keep arms behind your back and lower legs slowly to plow pose
- Hold for about eight breaths, your feet may eventually reach your hands even if they don't reach in first breath cycle
