It feels great to have the basics covered. A successful journey depends on a solid base, and even if you didn’t got it right from the beginning, it’s never too late to adjust. I don’t think I’ve shoot Ardha Uttanasana or Half Forward Bend on its own before, and it became way more fun now when it’s not just a part of flows. Kinda like the same thing that happened last summer with chaturanga, which I now love as a strength builder for upper arms outside flows.

Keeping in mind to extend through back during the whole fold.
