Handstand in August 6th 2018. I warmed up with spacular pushups, faux handstands facing the wall with leg raises and then kicking up against the wall and hold for a while.  Adho Mukha Vrksasan

Handstand is known as Adho Mukha Vrksasana, which means downward facing tree. It is a very challenging pose which require great endurance, strength and spatial awareness. Recommended progression is chest to wall -> preparation asanas -> kick-up against wall -> kick-up to free handstand -> hold for longer time -> leg variations
