I entered this from Janu Sirsasana, the forward fold with head to knee, and reached for the other knee. I have hard to smile in this one, like in headstands, but any attempt to overcome smile aversion counts in the journey to smile all the time. And if someone thinks you’re crazy for smiling so much, just remember that it’s their pineal gland that is calcified. Their pineal, their CALCIUM, their problem 🙂
For this, it works best when warming up and preparing with bound angle pose.
