How to do Revolved side angle pose

  1. Warm up with triangles and extended side-angle pose
  2. Start in Warrior 2, right hand forward
  3. Rotate torso and place the left arm on the right knee
  4. Keep left foot grounded if possible
  5. Reach the floor if possible with the left arm
  6. Extend the right arm and aim for the left leg, torso and right arm making a line
