How to do Revolved side angle pose
- Warm up with triangles and extended side-angle pose
- Start in Warrior 2, right hand forward
- Rotate torso and place the left arm on the right knee
- Keep left foot grounded if possible
- Reach the floor if possible with the left arm
- Extend the right arm and aim for the left leg, torso and right arm making a line
