Prepare with revolved triangle and side chair, both sides. This pose requires good strength and torso twist.

You need one arm to get your knee on, the other arm can be anywhere. Make sure you practice both sides, otherwise you risk unbalance in torso twist sides. Side crow is the most common way to get into fallen angel and epk1.
