Yoga is always a great way to start the weekend. This is the first time I do double arm headstand, and I had to do several attempts before I made it. For outdoor yoga, it definitely helps to find a flat ground, a minimal slope that makes an ordinary headstand harder will matter twice as much here. Once up, leg variations feels not much harder than in tripod, so as soon you’re up and stable, it’s time to rock. I do a split because it’s flexibility Friday.
