The best cure for Smonday is to make an awesome fitness plan for the week. Todays Three Legged Down Dog practice is a great start, and my plan is to not let any of my three pillars of fitness fall behind: yoga, lifting and running. I bring three pictures from my practice, two different angles of the 3-legged dog, and one from the warm-up practice.
