10 ways to upside down was a November 2017 challenge, from 1st to 10th. Asanas include Pincha (Pincha Mayurasana), Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana), Tripod headstand (Mukta Hasta Sirsasana A) and Tripod headstand (Mukta Hasta Sirsasana A).

Chin stand in March 9th 2018. Chinstand or  Gandabherundasana was scary before. Have used props, as a Bosu to help get up and then FeetUp that helped me find the optimal distance between hands and chin. Then no scary momentum is needed, just have  Stronga
