A Journey To Splits was a May 2018 challenge, from 24th to 31st. Asanas include Lizard pose (Utthan Pristhasana), Pigeon pose, Split (Hanumanasana) and Reclined split (Supta Trivikramasana).

Suptapadangustasana (Reclining hand-to-big-toe)
Uttanasana (Standing forward fold)
Parsvottanasana (Intense side stretch pose)
Adho Mukha Svanasana – (Downward facing dog/ oneleggeddownwardfacingdog)
Anjaneyasana – (Crescent lunge/ grabbing toes variant)
Utthan Pristhasana (Lizard pose)
Eka Pada Raja kapotasana (Pigeon/ king pigeon pose)
Hanumasana (Splits) /Eka Pada Raja Kapotasana IV (grabbing toes)

Lizard pose in May 29th 2018. Lizards love the fullmoon! I bring both sides for  Lizard or  Utthan Pristhasana, and take off in  Flying Lizard. Stable enough there to make a 1/6 second exposur
