A Love Balance⁣ was a March 2020 challenge, from 9th to 18th. Asanas include Double toe stand, Pistol squat (Padangusthasana), Cowherd Pose (Gorakhasana) and Ardha Baddha Padmottanasana (Standing Half Bound Lotus).

Day 2️⃣ on your feet or heels ⁣
Day 3️⃣️ on your knee(s)⁣
Day 4️⃣️ with legs crossed ⁣
Day 5️⃣️ with legs straight⁣
Day 6️⃣️ with a twist ⁣
Day 7️⃣️ with a bind ⁣
Day 8️⃣️ with a bendy spine ⁣
Day 9️⃣️ on your arms or hands⁣
Day 🔟 your fave balance style ⁣ ⁣
