A Year Of Yoga 2019 was a January 2019 challenge, from 1st to 28th. Asanas include Chakorasana​ (Moon Bird Pose), Grasshopper pose (Parsva Bhuja Dandasana), Scorpion Handstand (Vrschikasana II) and Marichyasana A (Marichyasana).

Handstand in January 1st 2019. Today is a big catch-up day :) It's my first  A Year Of Yoga, so next year will be progress photos :)

Firefly in January 3rd 2019. I have some photos of  Firefly or  Tittibhasana practice with similar posture from one year ago, but the main difference now is that I can hold it, instead of hopi

Marichyasana in January 6th 2019.  Marichyasana means Pose Dedicated to the Sage Marichi and the biggest challenge for me is the bind in which I need a strap.

Split in January 7th 2019. I go for  Splits with an upward stretch, warmed up with pigeons for hips and forward folds for hamstrings.

Handstand in January 9th 2019.  Straddlesplit was the first leg variation I practiced in tripod headstand, but handstand is a whole different league. My first straddlehandstand was this summer

Tittibhasana B in January 11th 2019. It's the first time I practice  Tittibhasana B. Prior to today, I didn't get how it was connected to  Tittibhasana B or  Firefly. But when practicing, thin

Yogi Dandasana in January 15th 2019. This pose is also the first time for me. I could get my foot to the upper arm, but had a hard time keeping it there after getting the other hand off it. I

Noose Pose in January 18th 2019.  Pasasana or  Noose Pose is nigh impossible for me, need both loops in my  Infinity Strap to reach. I'm happy if I can get to one loop by the end of this year.

Chakorasana​ in January 20th 2019. I can't get my foot behind my head yet, so I approximate with an Elephant Trunk Pose
