Activate your handstand was an October 2018 challenge, from 1st to 7th. Asanas include Plank pose (Phalakasana), Chair Pose (Utkatasana), Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana (Extended hand to big toe pose) and Downward Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana).
