Align With Props was an October 2019 challenge, from 1st to 7th. Asanas include Crescent lunge (Anjaneyasana), Pincha (Pincha Mayurasana), Wheelpose (Urdva Dhanurasana) and Split (Hanumanasana).

Forearm stand in October 2nd 2019. I give Pincha Mayurasana or Forearm stand a try with a yogablock for hand placement assist. Almost looks like I balance on my nose :)
