An October 2019 challenge

Align With Props was an October 2019 challenge, from 1st to 7th. Asanas include Chin stand (Gandabherundasana), Natarajasana (Lord of the Dance Pose), Crescent lunge (Anjaneyasana) and Pincha (Pincha Mayurasana).

Chin stand in March 9th 2018. Chinstand or  Gandabherundasana was scary before. Have used props, as a Bosu to help get up and then FeetUp that helped me find the optimal distance between hands and chin. Then no scary momentum is needed, just have  Stronga

Forearm stand in October 2nd 2019. I give Pincha Mayurasana or Forearm stand a try with a yogablock for hand placement assist. Almost looks like I balance on my nose :)
