Bliss for your Hips: Any hip opener
Bliss for your Strength: A pose that makes you feel strong
Bliss for your Balance: Any Balancing Pose
Bliss for your Soul: Any Meditation practice
Bliss for your Energy: Any backbend or energizing flow
Bliss for your Nourishment: Any restorative , or self care pose
