Alo Bout Hip And Ham was a June 2023 challenge, from 4th to 11th. Asanas include Goddess pose (Kalyasana), Warrior II Pose (Virabhadrasana 2), Pyramid pose (Parsvottanasana) and Split (Hanumanasana).

Lizard – This one is great for stretching into the hip flexor and quad muscles.
Tortoise – This one creates plenty of length in the hamstrings
Compass – This one flows between stretching the hip, hamstring, and shoulder opener.
Goddess – Goddess pose is good for strengthening the legs, hips, and core.
Warrior – These are dynamic and powerful postures that can help you move past your fears and into your inner power.
Pyramid – This is a deep forward fold that helps to stretch hip muscles and hamstrings and lengthen the spine.
Splits – The full split requires a lot of leg and lower body mobility, especially in your hip flexors and hamstrings.
