Alo Empowered Yogis was an August 2020 challenge, from 3rd to 12th. Asanas include Tiger pose (Eka hasta vyaghrasana), Camel pose (Ustrasana), Marichyasana A (Marichyasana) and Flying crow pose (Eka Pada Kakasana).

Tiger pose in November 12th 2019. My choice is Tiger pose (is the full hashtag still banned?) or Eka hasta vyaghrasana with strap support for flipping the grip.
