Stay hydrated – Any grounding pose
Comfortable and breathable clothes – Any flying or bird pose
A dip in the water – Any water themed pose
Eat light and fresh to keep your body vibrant – Any inversion
Be wild and free in the midsummer – Any heart opener
A refreshing smoothie or popsicle – Any cooling down or restorative pose
Fun and funky – a pose that makes your soul smile
