Alo to Equinox was a September 2020 challenge, from 12th to 21st. Asanas include Arm pressure pose (Bhujapidasana), Pincha (Pincha Mayurasana), Ardha Baddha Padma Paschimottanasana (Seated bound half lotus with forward fold) and Ardha Baddha Padmottanasana (Standing Half Bound Lotus).
