Alo Us Forgive was a September 2022 challenge, from 1st to 8th. Asanas include Wild Thing (Camatkarasana), Side Plank Pose (Vasisthasana), Pyramid pose (Parsvottanasana) and Half Lord of the Fishes Pose (Ardha Matsyendrasana).

Warrior pose: reflect on a past hurt
Wildthing: remember a time you lost control
Plank: acknowledge the strength to admit fault
Pyramid: fold into grace
Half lord of the fishes: wring out resentment
Crow pose: fly above the anger
Tree: root into forgiveness
Anjali mudra: make peace with yourself
