Alobout stretching was a May 2021 challenge, from 10th to 17th. Asanas include Natarajasana (Lord of the Dance Pose), Tiger pose (Eka hasta vyaghrasana), Standing forward fold (Uttanasana) and Camel pose (Ustrasana).
