ALObout The Heart started on Saturday 1st May and ends Monday 10th. Asanas include Puppy pose (Uttana Shishosana), Bow Pose (Dhanurasana), Standing pigeon and Camel pose (Ustrasana).

Bow Pose in December 13th 2018. I go for both strength and flexibility today and bring a  Bow Pose or  Dhanurasana as well as a  Boatpose or  Navasana for  Abs. These poses targets the  Manipu

Natarajasana in June 29th 2018. This is going to be my next breakthrough in  Natarajasana. Flipping the grip is still far future. Unlike yesterday, one prop did it, or maybe 1.1, if a little lotion on my left arm counts, as this side was slightly harder :
