ALOBout Us was a September 2021 challenge, from 1st to 8th. Asanas include Halasana (Plow pose), Skandasana (Side lunge), Janu Sirsasana (Head-to-Knee Forward Bend) and Bound extended side angle pose (Utthita Parsvakonasana).
Sept 1st: Any Seated Pose Question: What’s an amazing thing that’s happened to you?
Sept 2nd: Any Pose with a Bind Question: What’s a challenging event that you’ve faced and what did you do?
Sept 3rd: Any Standing pose Question: define what personal boundaries mean to you.
Sept 4th: Any pose with a twist Question: what surprises people most about you?
Sept 5th: Any backbend Question: how do you practice “getting out of self”?
Sept 6th: Any fold Question: what’s the weirdest thing you have said or the weirdest thing you can do.
Sept 7th: Any inversion Question: how do change your perspective in a situation? Does it come easy or is it a struggle?
Sept 8th: Yogi’s choice Ask the hosts a question and we’ll try hard to answer all of them
