ALOBOUTSTRESSAWARENESS started on Monday 12th April and ends Monday 19th. Asanas include Standing forward fold (Uttanasana), Supine twist (Jathara Parivartanasana ), Star pose and Fire Hydrant Pose (Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana).

✰ 𝗗ay 5: BALANCED (Your favorite balancing pose)
✰ Day 6: LET GO (any forward fold variation)
✰ Day 7: RELAX (Twist pose)
✰ Day 8: PRESENT (Yogi’s choice – to keep you in the present moment)
