ALOcean Waves was a July 2023 challenge, from 24th to 31st. Asanas include Fishpose (Matsyasana), Boatpose (Navasana), Seal pose and Seahorse Pose.

Dolphin pose in June 5th 2021. Doing Beach yoga with Dolphin pose in it's right element. Water have been significantly warmer here the last few days. First swim this season was four days ago,
