ALOve of Variations was a June 2021 challenge, from 1st to 8th. Asanas include Tortoise pose (Kurmasana), Wide legged forward fold (Prasarita Padottanasana), Bound headstand (Baddha Hasta Sirsasana B) and Pyramid pose (Parsvottanasana).
