ALOvely perspective was a January 2020 challenge, from 10th to 19th. Asanas include Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1 (EPK1), Crescent lunge (Anjaneyasana), Natarajasana (Lord of the Dance Pose) and Pincha (Pincha Mayurasana).

Pigeon pose in March 26th 2019. Doing a Friday catchup :) I've did regular  Pigeonpose and  Standingpigeon in past seasons, so I bring both now. And I bring both sides for both.  Twinshavemore

Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1 in April 24th 2020. Since I've already used the grasshopper and side crow, I bring my remaining twisted Arm balance, the Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1 or EPK1.

Forearm stand in January 18th 2020. Dolphin pose is how I get into Pincha Mayurasana, so I bring both. I bring two perspectives for the Forearm stand and one for the dolphin. Both poses target

Skandasana in June 25th 2018. I bring a  Sidelunge or  Skandasana as hipopener choice today. A great preparation pose for middle splits.
