An April 2017 challenge

apREALyoga was an April 2017 challenge, from 7th to 16th. Asanas include Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana), Split (Hanumanasana), Kapotasana and Scorpion pose (Vrishchikasana).

Day 1: inverted lotus
Day 2: epk 1
Day 3: tittibhasana
Day 4: hollow back
Day 5: pincha/ forearmstand
Day 6: king dancer
Day 7: scorpion
Day 8: press handstand/ handstand
Day 9: hanumanasana/split
Day 10: kapotasana

Shoulderstand lotus in April 7th 2017. I struggled before with slightly painful pressure in the padmasana, but have addressed it by having a look on the placement of my feet.

Handstand in August 6th 2018. I warmed up with spacular pushups, faux handstands facing the wall with leg raises and then kicking up against the wall and hold for a while.  Adho Mukha Vrksasan
