Aria New Beginnings was a January 2024 challenge, from 19th to 23rd. Asanas include Humble Warrior (Baddha Virabhadrasana), Lotus pose (Padmasana), Crescent lunge (Anjaneyasana) and Iron Cross Headstand (Mukta Hasta Sirsasana C).
