Arm Balance Bonanza was a May 2018 challenge, from 21st to 27th. Asanas include Flying pigeon (Eka Pada Galavasana), Firefly (Tittibhasana), Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana) and Flying crow pose (Eka Pada Kakasana).

Eka Pada Koundinyasana 2 in May 22nd 2018. I bring an  Eka Pada Koundinyasana2 or  Pose Dedicatedtothe Sage Koundinya I I. The best preparation for any  Flying Asana is to activate  Flightmode

Handstand in August 6th 2018. I warmed up with spacular pushups, faux handstands facing the wall with leg raises and then kicking up against the wall and hold for a while.  Adho Mukha Vrksasan
