An April 2018 challenge

Arm Your Balance was an April 2018 challenge, from 10th to 19th. Asanas include Flying pigeon (Eka Pada Galavasana), Fallen Angel (Devaduuta panna asana), Pincha (Pincha Mayurasana) and Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana).

Handstand in August 6th 2018. I warmed up with spacular pushups, faux handstands facing the wall with leg raises and then kicking up against the wall and hold for a while.  Adho Mukha Vrksasan

Eight Angle Pose in April 15th 2018. Eight angle pose or  Astavakrasana is an armbalance in the ashtangayoga thirdseries. Earlier on, this was more or less a pop-up for me even with proper preparations. Today I was able to hold it about ten seconds each s

Firefly in April 16th 2018. Firefly or  Tittibhasana is one of my nemesisposes, some days I don't make it past bhujapidasana, and some days I get the legs about halfway to the goal.

Flying crow pose in April 10th 2018. Jumping in here with a  Oneleggedcrow or  Eka Pada Bakasana. I prefer to enter it in the following micro flow: chair pose ->  Crowpose -> extend leg to  Flyingcrowpose.

Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1 in April 24th 2020. Since I've already used the grasshopper and side crow, I bring my remaining twisted Arm balance, the Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1 or EPK1.
