An April 2018 challenge

Arm Your Balance was an April 2018 challenge, from 10th to 19th. Asanas include Flying pigeon (Eka Pada Galavasana), Fallen Angel (Devaduuta panna asana), Flying crow pose (Eka Pada Kakasana) and Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1 (EPK1).

Crow pose – any variation

Flying crow pose in April 10th 2018. Jumping in here with a  Oneleggedcrow or  Eka Pada Bakasana. I prefer to enter it in the following micro flow: chair pose ->  Crowpose -> extend leg to  Flyingcrowpose.

Firefly in April 16th 2018. Firefly or  Tittibhasana is one of my nemesisposes, some days I don't make it past bhujapidasana, and some days I get the legs about halfway to the goal.
