Athleta Thankful Hearts Challenge was a November 2020 challenge, from 17th to 21st. Asanas include Camel pose (Ustrasana), Fishpose (Matsyasana), Bow Pose (Dhanurasana) and Chin stand (Gandabherundasana).

Standing heart opener – Rachel – uplifting
Supine heart opener – Rona – grounding
Prone heart opener – Christine – peaceful
Inverted heart opener – Jen – strengthening
Yogis choice- Christine – freeing

Camel pose (Ustrasana)
Fishpose (Matsyasana)
Bow Pose in December 13th 2018. I go for both strength and flexibility today and bring a  Bow Pose or  Dhanurasana as well as a  Boatpose or  Navasana for  Abs. These poses targets the  Manipu

Chin stand in March 9th 2018. Chinstand or  Gandabherundasana was scary before. Have used props, as a Bosu to help get up and then FeetUp that helped me find the optimal distance between hands and chin. Then no scary momentum is needed, just have  Stronga

Wild Thing in April 12th 2020. I do always enter Wild Thing or Camatkarasana from downward facing dog.
