Awaken Your Autumn Asana was an October 2017 challenge, from 16th to 22nd. Asanas include Tree pose (Vrksasana), Tiptoe Balance (Prapadasana), Janu Sirsasana (Head-to-Knee Forward Bend) and Wheelpose (Urdva Dhanurasana).
