3) Warrior of choice – (Life’s challenges / hope for the future)
4) Plank of choice – (Mother earth /Sunsets & sunrise)
5) Boat pose – (Food and water)
6) Bound Angle / Goddess Pose – (Our Home)
7) Downward Facing dog / Dolphin pose – (Family & Friends)
