Back To Basics With Gratitude was a November 2018 challenge, from 24th to 30th. Asanas include Boatpose (Navasana), Goddess pose (Utkata Konasana), Threelegged Dog (Eka Pada Adho Mukha Svanasana) and Standing backbend (Anuvittasana).
