Balance Body Yogis was a September 2017 challenge, from 24th to 30th. Asanas include Boatpose (Navasana), Natarajasana (Lord of the Dance Pose), Half Moon Pose (Ardha Chandrasana) and Side Plank Pose (Vasisthasana).
