A September 2020 challenge

Balance on Bodyparts was a September 2020 challenge, from 26th to 30th. Asanas include Chair Pose (Utkatasana), Lolasana (Pendant Pose), Knee Warrior (Manipura Samajjana) and Handstand lotus (Padma Vrksasana).

DAY 1: balance on tip toes or fingertips
DAY 2: balance on one arm or two
DAY 3: balance on knee(s) or foot/feet
DAY 4: balance with closed eyes
DAY 5: your favorite balance pose

Chair Pose in April 25th 2018. The color for the solar plexus or manipura chakra is yellow. I need to have mine adjusted after a gut infection. I bring a  Utkatasana or  Chair Pose with tiptoe

Malasana in January 15th 2018. Joining in a bit late here, but I want to learn more about the  Chakras. For  Muladhara or  Root Chakra, I bring a  Malasana or  Garland Pose.
