Balance You Yogis 3 was a March 2019 challenge, from 11th to 20th. Asanas include Standing split (Urdhva Prasarita Eka Padasana), Grasshopper pose (Parsva Bhuja Dandasana), Tripod headstand (Mukta Hasta Sirsasana A) and Double toe stand.
