Balance You Yogis was a May 2018 challenge, from 3rd to 12th. Asanas include Eight Angle Pose (Astavakrasana), Natarajasana (Lord of the Dance Pose), Standing split (Urdhva Prasarita Eka Padasana) and Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1 (EPK1).

Flying crow pose (Eka Pada Kakasana)
Side Plank Pose in May 6th 2018. It's actually exactly one year since I did my first  Vasisthasana. I still think of this as an utthita hasta padangusthasana lying on the side, or actually tilted about 60 degrees.

Eagle Pose in May 3rd 2018. I go for  Garudasana both sides, a pose for the  Thirdeye  Chakra

Half Moon Pose in May 4th 2018. Happy  Flexibility Friday! Haven't paid attention to drishti in  Ardha Chandrasana or  Half Moon Pose earlier, but I go for hastagre drishti or focus on hand. N

Eight Angle Pose in May 7th 2018.  Astavakrasana is a very challenging pose, I had great help with the tutorial by awesome @omniyogagirl on YouTube. Leg high up in the elephant trunk pose help

Natarajasana in May 8th 2018. I bring my  Mermaid Dancer practice here. Getting the foot on the elbow instead of being glued to the wrist is a challenge to me, but I least I didn't had to use oil or lotion this time :)

Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1 in April 24th 2020. Since I've already used the grasshopper and side crow, I bring my remaining twisted Arm balance, the Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1 or EPK1.
