Balancing On Arms And Heads was a July 2017 challenge, from 1st to 14th. Asanas include Headstand (Sirsasana), Grasshopper pose (Parsva Bhuja Dandasana), Headstand (Sirsasana) and Mayurasana (peacock pose).

1. Side crow arm balance
2. Headstand with eagle legs
3. EPK 1 or 2 arm balance
4. Tripod or palms up headstand (any leg variation)
5. Firefly arm balance
6. Sirsasana B (double arm headstand) (any leg variation)
7. Any “flying” arm balance (pigeon, crow, grasshopper, lizard)
8. Headstand with lotus legs (any arm variation)
9. Peacock arm balance or pincha
10. Iron cross or pinching shoulders headstand (any leg variation)
11. Any funky arm balance
12. Twisted headstand
13. Fallen angel arm balance
14. Funky or 1 arm headstand
