Balancing for Bliss was an August 2017 challenge, from 10th to 20th. Asanas include Goddess pose (Utkata Konasana), Natarajasana (Lord of the Dance Pose), Revolved Triangle Pose (Parivrtta trikonasana) and Handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana).

Day 2 Two feet
Day 3 One hand
Day 4 Two hands
Day 5 One knee
Day 6 Two knees
Day 7 One arm
Day 8 Two arms
Day 9 One tiptoe
Day 10 Two tiptoes .
