Bends And Folds With Werk was a July 2018 challenge, from 15th to 22nd. Asanas include Seated Forward Fold (Paschimottanasana), Sugarcane pose (Ardha Chandra Chapasana), Standing forward fold (Uttanasana) and Wheelpose (Urdva Dhanurasana).

Camel pose in July 19th 2018. Openyourheart with the Ustrasana or Camel Pose. Targets the Anahata or Heartchakra. A good preparation for any backbend.

Tiger pose in July 21st 2018.  Tiger pose is so much more fun with an @infinitystrap. Earlier on, I've just practiced it with unflipped grip. I bring both sides.
