A January 2019 challenge

Bird Or Insect Asanas was a January 2019 challenge, from 9th to 14th. Asanas include Bird of Paradise (Svarga Dvijasana), Crow pose (Kakasana), Grasshopper pose (Parsva Bhuja Dandasana) and Eagle Pose (Garudasana).

Locust pose in January 9th 2019. Yay, time to chew on some bugs, good for the body and planet :) I go for the insect option and bring a Salabhasana or Locustpose.

Bird of Paradise in January 10th 2019. I go for both options, Birdofparadisepose or Svarga Dvijasana and Butterfly or  Bound Angle Pose.

Crow pose in January 11th 2019. For dinner, I go for the bird option. I haven't ate crows, but it's said to be an acceptable meat source in survivalist situations. Fireflies on the other hand

Grasshopper pose in January 12th 2019. Last day was crow and firefly, for which I fell in love with crow in 2017 and firefly have been much more stable during 2018 so I think I'll soon fall in

Eagle Pose in January 13th 2019. I bring both, Eagle Pose or Garudasana is awesome for knee health and hip mobility. I've seen different poses tagged Spider Pose, but I go for the one with God

Partridge pose in January 14th 2019. Thank you all host and sponsors for this challenge! The last day options for dinners is a draw, as partridges and scorpions are edible, but I haven't taste
