Blossom Beyond Your Body was a May 2018 challenge, from 7th to 13th. Asanas include Camel pose (Ustrasana), Marichyasana A (Marichyasana), Bound Angle Pose (Baddha Konasana) and Tripod headstand (Sirsasana II).

Bound Angle Pose in May 9th 2018. Two of my favorite  Hipopeners, and tonight is a job for  Bound Angle Pose, in two variations. To me, this one is the opposite to utthita hasta padangusthasan
