Connect 2 Mother Earth was an April 2021 challenge, from 20th to 25th. Asanas include Janu Sirsasana (Head-to-Knee Forward Bend), Eagle Pose (Garudasana), Hero Pose (Virasana) and Standing forward fold (Uttanasana).

Get outside – Tree, Mountain or Flower pose
Eat earthy food – Any Warrior pose
Color healing – Head to Knee pose or any Forward Fold
Practice Pranayama- Eagle or Crow pose
Meditation – Hero or Lotus pose
Tell us your way….. Yogis choice

Janu Sirsasana in April 3rd 2020. My choice for seatedpose is Janu Sirsasana or Head-to-Knee Forward Bend. I tested a few different camera angles, and found I liked the regular from side best.
