Creative Spring Yogis was a March 2018 challenge, from 1st to 7th. Asanas include Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana (Extended hand to big toe pose), Flying lizard pose (Uttana Prasithasana), Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1 (EPK1) and Wild Thing (Camatkarasana).

Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana in March 1st 2018. Jumping in here with a  Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana or  Extendedhandtobigtoepose. My best tips here is to warm up with forward folds and heron pose, to open up hamstrings. And do the full ashtanga yoga se

Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1 in April 24th 2020. Since I've already used the grasshopper and side crow, I bring my remaining twisted Arm balance, the Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1 or EPK1.

Wild Thing in March 4th 2018. I bring a  Wild Thing or  Camatkarasana. As green (not red or pink) is the color of the heart chakra, and heart is located at left, it makes sense to have bracele

Wide legged forward fold in March 22nd 2019. Yay for a third season! I bring  Wideleggedforwardfold or  Prasarita Padottanasana D, just like in previous seasons, and bring my previous entries.
