Creative Spring Yogis was a March 2018 challenge, from 1st to 7th. Asanas include Eka Pada Koundinyasana 1 (EPK1), Wild Thing (Camatkarasana), Wide legged forward fold (Prasarita Padottanasana) and Tripod headstand (Mukta Hasta Sirsasana A).
