Double Trouble Bday Yoga was a November 2020 challenge, from 11th to 17th. Asanas include Warrior III Pose (Virabhadrasana 3), Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana (Extended hand to big toe pose), Goddess pose (Utkata Konasana) and Chair Pose (Utkatasana).

Warrior III Pose in November 26th 2018. For today, I feel most confident in sharing the smaller challenges of these days rather than the darker ones before yoga. I've recently recovered from a

Goddess pose in November 13th 2020. Goddess pose or strongpose, why not both? I bring car tyre exercises to Utkata Konasana, pressing the wheel above my head when going up on Tiptoe Balance. H

Chair Pose in April 25th 2018. The color for the solar plexus or manipura chakra is yellow. I need to have mine adjusted after a gut infection. I bring a  Utkatasana or  Chair Pose with tiptoe

Janu Sirsasana in April 3rd 2020. My choice for seatedpose is Janu Sirsasana or Head-to-Knee Forward Bend. I tested a few different camera angles, and found I liked the regular from side best.
